This data is used solely to display your progress within the App and to provide its core functionality. The data never leaves your device and is not sent to any external server or third party. We, the developers, do not have access to this information.

Usage Data

To help us improve the app, we may collect anonymous, aggregated, non-personally identifiable usage data. This may include information like feature usage frequency and crash reports. This data cannot be used to identify you.

Subscription Information

If you choose to subscribe to a premium version of the App, the purchase is processed by Apple's App Store. We do not collect or have access to your payment information, such as your credit card number or billing address. We only receive anonymous, aggregated data from Apple regarding the number of subscriptions.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To Provide App Functionality: Your HealthKit data is used exclusively to power the features of the App on your device, such as displaying activity rings and progress.
• To Improve the App: Anonymous usage data helps us understand which features are most popular and where we can make improvements.

All of your personal and health data is stored securely on your own device and within your personal HealthKit store, managed by Apple. We do not use any external servers to store your personal data.

We do not and will not sell, trade, or share your personal information with any third parties. All your data remains on your device.

You have full control over your data. You can grant, manage, or revoke HealthKit permissions for MoveToZero at any time through the Apple Health app or in your device's Settings (Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > MoveToZero).

6. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly remove it.
